This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices governing our knowing collection, use and disclosure of information. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Website and not to any websites of third parties, which may have data collection, storage and use practices and policy that materially differ from this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through this Website and not to information collected offline or through use of any Myler Disability services. Myler Disability created this Privacy Policy to give users of Myler Disability websites confidence in visiting and using the Website and to share our commitment to fair information practices as they relate to the protection of privacy.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. Subject to the conditions set forth below, all changes to this Privacy Policy will take effect immediately upon their posting to the Site. Please check this page periodically for changes. If you do not agree to these terms or future changes, please immediately exit the Site and do not use the Myler Offerings. If the manner in which we use personally identifiable information changes, Myler will notify users by: (i) sending the modified policy to our users via email; and/or (ii) by any other reasonable means acceptable under applicable state and federal law. Informed Consent to Be Contacted by Telephone

By registering on the Site, you agree that such act constitutes an inquiry and/or application for purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR §310 et seq.), as amended from time to time (the “Rule”) and applicable state do-not-call regulations. As such, notwithstanding that your telephone number may be listed on the Federal Trade Commission’s Do-Not-Call List, and/or on applicable state do-not-call lists, we (and the Advocates) retain the right to contact you via telemarketing (where you supply your telephone number to us) in accordance with the Rule and applicable state do-not-call regulations.

Types of Info Collected
We collect two types of information about our users: Non-Personally Identifiable (“Anonymous”) Information and Personally Identifiable Information.
Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”)

Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) is any information that personally identifies you, such as your name, email address or your telephone number. This personal information may be requested when you fill out an online inquiry, obtain services from Myler Disability, subscribe to our email newsletter, or when you contact us. We may ask you to provide us with personal information on a voluntary basis in certain areas of our Website. Additionally, we may purchase and manage opt-in lists generated by third parties that Myler Disability may use to supplement the PII you provide with additional PII gathered from public or third-party sources. You are under no obligation to provide PII, with the caveat that your refusal to do so may prevent you from using or Myler Disability from offering certain of the services offered on the Website.

Myler Disability does not request and asks that you do not provide any confidential, proprietary or sensitive PII (“Sensitive Information”), such as Social Security number, driver’s license number, passport number, credit card information, bank account or other financial information. If you submit any Sensitive Information, you do so at your own risk and we will not be liable to you or responsible for consequences of your submission.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon where you visit on our site in several ways. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include the website’s Uniform Resource Locator (“URL“) that you just came from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (“IP“) address. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the web, allowing web servers to locate and identify your computer. Computers require IP addresses in order for users to communicate on the Internet.

Collection Methods and Use of Information

We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You provide certain Personally Identifiable Information to us when you (a) register for our services and register your e-mail address with us; (b) enter sweepstakes or contests sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) sign up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) send e-mail messages, submit forms or transmit other information by telephone or letter; or (e) submit your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our site. In addition, we may also collect, or our third party ad server and/or content server may collect, certain Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Anonymous Information and Third Party Advertisers
We may use an outside ad serving company to display banner advertisements on our site. As part of their service, they will place a separate cookie on your computer. We will not provide any third-party ad server with any of your Personally Identifiable Information or information about your correspondence with us. We and our third party ad server will collect and use Anonymous Information about you, such as your IP address, browser type, the server your computer is logged onto, the area code and zip code associated with your server and whether you responded to a particular ad. Other advertisers may also place banner ads on our site in the same manner as above, but we will not disclose any Personally Identifiable Information to them.

Disclosure Practices

Release of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to others. We do provide some of our services through contractual arrangements with affiliates, services providers, partners and other third parties. We and our service partners use your Personally Identifiable Information to operate our sites and to deliver their services. For example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment for products and services purchased on this site; release your address information to the delivery service to deliver information via mail; and provide order information to third parties that help us provide customer service.

The personal information that you submit to Myler remains your property, but by submitting your personal information to Myler, you grant us the right to use your personal information for marketing purposes including, but not limited to, generally sharing such information with and/or selling such information to third parties for marketing purposes, including any business which is a subsidiary of, or under common ownership or control with, Myler (collectively, “Affiliates”) and advertising partners. Additionally, we may sell and/or license your personal information to third-party businesses. These businesses may include, but are not limited to, educational institutions and direct marketing providers including, but not limited to, lookup and reference, data enhancement, suppression and validation, email marketing, and telemarketing.

We will also use your personal information for customer service, to provide you with information that you may request, to customize your experience on the Site and/or to contact you when necessary in connection with transactions entered into by you on the Site. We may also use your personal information for internal business purposes, such as analyzing and managing the Myler Offerings.

We also reserve the right to release current or past user information in the event that we believe that the user is using, or has used, the Myler Offerings: (a) in violation of the MylerDisability.com Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy or any other of our operating rules, policies, price schedules and other supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be published by us from time to time; (b) to commit unlawful acts; (c) if such information is subpoenaed; provided, however, that, where permitted by applicable law, we shall provide you with e-mail notice, and opportunity to challenge the subpoena, prior to disclosure of any personal information pursuant to a subpoena; (d) if we are sold or acquired; provided, however, that if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of our assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on the Site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices that you may have regarding your personal information; and/or (e) when we deem it necessary or appropriate including, without limitation, sharing your e-mail address with other third parties for suppression purposes in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, as amended from time to time, and Federal Trade Commission implementing regulations. Information Security
We endeavor to safeguard and protect our users’ personal information. When users make personal information available to us, their personal information is protected both online and offline (to the extent that we maintain any personal information offline). The privacy of your personal information is very important to us.

The servers that we store personal information on are kept in a secure physical environment. All of our users’ personal information is restricted in our offices. Only employees or third party agents who need the personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to personal information. Our employees are dedicated to ensuring the security and privacy of all user personal information. Employees not adhering to our firm policies are subject to disciplinary action. In compliance with applicable federal and state laws, we shall notify you and any applicable regulatory agencies in the event that we learn of an information security breach with respect to your personal information. Minors Privacy

Visitors under eighteen (18) years of age are not permitted to use and/or submit their personal information at the Site. Myler does not knowingly solicit or collect information from visitors under eighteen (18) years of age. Myler encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate and monitor the interactive activities of their children.

Sale of Assets
In the event that another company acquires all or substantially all of the assets related to the business of Myler Disability, we reserve the right to include any or all stored personal information among the assets transferred to the acquiring company.
Deleting and Updating Your Information 
At your request, we will inform you of what personal information we have on file for you. In addition, at your request, we will remove and/or modify the personal information that you have provided to us, or that we have collected.
